Roofing Repair
Not a Replacement Pitch

How do you know
it's time to call?

Most of these are visible from the ground or a quick attic check. If any of them sound familiar, it's worth a free inspection before it turns into a bigger problem — or bigger bill.

Missing, cracked, or curling shingles
Wind and age lift edges and crack tabs — the most common early warning sign.
Granules collecting in gutters
Shingles losing their granule coating are wearing out faster than they should.
Water stains on ceilings or walls
A stain rarely appears right above the actual leak — it can travel along framing first.
Daylight visible through the roof boards
Check the attic. If you can see light coming through, water can get through too.
Damaged flashing around chimneys or vents
Flashing is the #1 spot for leaks to start — it's metal, not shingle, and it moves differently.
A sagging or uneven roofline
This usually points to a deck or structural issue underneath, not just the surface.
Recent storm damage
Dented vents, torn shingles, or debris strikes after high wind or hail.
A leak that keeps coming back
A repair that didn't hold, or a leak source that was never actually found.

Every repair starts the same way.

Free Same-Day/Next-Day Inspection

We walk the roof in person, usually the same day or next day. No waiting a week to find out what's actually wrong.

Emergency Tarp & Dry-In

Active leak? We can tarp and dry-in the damaged area on the same visit, so water stops getting in while the repair gets scheduled.

The Repair, Done Right

Matched materials, no shortcuts. Before we leave, you get a written estimate on the spot — a real number, not a follow-up call three days later.

1–2 Year Workmanship Warranty

We stand behind repair work with a workmanship warranty — not a decades-long replacement-style guarantee, just an honest promise that the repair holds. If it doesn't, we come back and make it right.

Roofing Repair FAQ

Repair, honestly. Most local roofers' "repair" pages are really a soft pitch into a full tear-off. We fix what's actually broken and tell you straight if it's not a repair situation — that's the whole point of this page.
Usually the same day, next day at the latest. The inspection is free, and you get a written estimate on-site before we leave — not a callback later.
Call or text us at (732) 639-2687. We offer emergency tarp and dry-in service to stop water getting in further while the actual repair gets scheduled.
Yes — repairs are backed by a workmanship warranty. We stand behind the work.
Depends on the cause — storm and wind damage is often covered, normal wear usually isn't. We'll tell you honestly what we see and can document the damage for your claim if it applies.
Missing or curling shingles, active leaks, water stains on ceilings, granule loss, and damaged flashing around chimneys or vents are the big ones. See the full checklist above.
