These terms cover your use of this website. By browsing the site or sending us a request through it, you agree to them. TCG Ventures is a licensed New Jersey home improvement contractor, NJ HIC #13VH14085300.

This website is not the contract

Nothing on this site is a binding offer, and sending a request through the form does not create an agreement or reserve a spot on the schedule. It starts a conversation.

The work itself is governed by the written estimate for that job — the scope, the price, and anything specific we agree to. If something on this website ever conflicts with the estimate you signed, the estimate is what counts.

Quotes and estimates

• Prices and timeframes described on this site are general and not a quote for your property
• A quote given from photos is our best assessment of what we can see, and can change once we get on site and find something the photos did not show. If that happens we tell you before doing the work, not after
• Estimates are free, and asking for one does not commit you to anything
• Availability described as "same week" or "same day" is what we aim for and normally manage. Weather, material supply and emergency jobs can move it

Workmanship warranty

Repair work carries the workmanship warranty described in your estimate. It covers our workmanship: if a repair we made does not hold, we come back and put it right. It is not a manufacturer's warranty on materials, and it does not cover new damage from storms, other trades, or normal wear elsewhere on the property. The estimate for your job states the term that applies to it.

Contacting us through this site

Please send accurate information, and only submit someone else's contact details if they have asked you to. Do not use the form for anything unlawful, and do not attempt to disrupt, overload or gain unauthorized access to the site. How we handle what you send is set out in our Privacy Policy.

The text, images, logo and design of this site belong to TCG Ventures or are used with permission, and are not for reuse without our written say-so. Service descriptions, checklists and FAQs are general guidance for homeowners in our area, not a professional assessment of your property. Only an inspection can give you that.

We keep the site running and accurate as best we can, but we do not promise it will always be available or error-free. We may change or remove any part of it at any time. To the fullest extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss arising from your use of the website. Nothing here limits our responsibility for the work we actually perform for you, or any rights you have under New Jersey consumer protection law.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of New Jersey, and any dispute about them belongs in the state or federal courts of New Jersey.

Changes

We may update these terms. The current version is always the one on this page, with the date at the top.
