Privacy Policy

TCG Ventures("we", "us", or "our") is a home improvement contractor serving Monmouth and Ocean County, New Jersey. This policy explains what we collect through this website, why, and how to ask us to delete it. It covers the website only. If you hire us, the work itself is covered by the written estimate for that job.

What we collect

What you type into the quote form. Your name, phone number and the service you need are required, because we cannot call you back without them. Your email address and a description of the problem are optional, and the form works without either.

What your browser sends with it. When you submit the form we also record which page you submitted from, the page that referred you to us, whether you were on a phone or a desktop, and the time you sent it. This is so we know which page brought you in and can tell a real request from an automated one.

Where you came from. If you reach this site from an ad or a link with campaign tags in the address (things like utm_sourceor a Google click ID), we read those tags and keep them in your browser's local storage for 30 days, so that if you come back later and then submit the form we still know which ad or link found you. They are not tied to you personally unless you submit the form.

General site usage. We use Google Tag Manager (container GTM-K5C5WTN4) to see how the site is used overall — which pages get read, which buttons get clicked. It loads only after you interact with the page or after a few seconds, and it does not receive what you type into the form.

What we do not collect. We do not ask for or store payment card details anywhere on this site. There is no account to create, and no password.

Why we collect it, and how we contact you

Giving us your phone number is a request for us to contact you about that job. We may call or text you about your request, including to ask a question, give you a quote, or schedule the work. We do not send marketing or promotional text messages, and we do not add you to a mailing list. If you give us an email address, we may send you a confirmation that your request came through. Standard message and data rates from your carrier may apply. Reply STOP to any text to stop receiving them, or just tell us.

Beyond that, we use what you send to:

• Quote, schedule and carry out the work you asked about
• Keep a record of the job and follow up on it
• Understand which pages and ads bring in real work, so we spend sensibly
• Meet our obligations as a licensed New Jersey contractor

We do not sell your personal information, and we do not share it with other contractors or lead-selling services.

Who else sees it

Your request is handled by a small number of services that work on our behalf, each under its own privacy terms:

• Google — your request is saved to a private spreadsheet in our Google account, and Google Tag Manager provides the site analytics described above
• Pushover— sends the alert to the owner's phone so a new request gets seen quickly
• Resend — sends your confirmation email, if you gave us an address
• Vercel — hosts this website and keeps standard server logs
• Summit Media — builds and maintains this site for us, and can see the same requests we do

We may also disclose information if the law requires it, or to protect the rights, property or safety of our customers, our business, or anyone else.

How long we keep it

We keep quote requests for as long as we need them to do the work, stand behind it, and keep proper business records. Campaign tags stored in your browser expire after 30 days on their own, and clearing your browser data removes them immediately.

Your choices

You can ask us what we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. Call or text (732) 639-2687, or email tom.guttadauro@gmail.com, and we will take care of it. You do not need to give a reason. You can also turn off cookies in your browser settings, which will stop the analytics described above.

Children

This site is meant for homeowners arranging work on their property. It is not directed at children, and we do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 13.

Security

Your request is sent over an encrypted connection and stored in access-controlled accounts. No website can promise perfect security, and we are not going to pretend otherwise, but we do not keep anything on this site that a card number or a password would be at risk in.

Changes

If we change this policy we will post the new version here and update the date at the top. Continuing to use the site after that means the updated version applies.
