A lot of homes here have downspouts that drop into a buried pipe and come out at a pop-up in the yard or at the curb. When that pipe clogs, the gutter overflows even right after a cleaning, because the water has nowhere to go. We clear those lines too, from the downspout through to where the water comes out. If the pipe itself is cracked, crushed or full of roots, we'll tell you what we find.
